I am an event’s coordinator and have worked with many led screen hire companies, one year I had such a disaster with the one because they just never bothered to show up. I still remember standing there with tears rolling down my eyes when I realized that it was seven hours before this huge event was starting, and there where the LED screen hire was supposed to go up, there were just an empty space.
Out of desperation I contacted another company and spoke to the owner, I told him my dilemma and he promised me that he would take care of it. Four hours later the truck arrived and the guys worked like crazy to have everything set up, from that day on I have never ever even so much as asked for a quote from another company. There is no price on great service and I will never risk going through the stress that I have been going through that day.
